Steve Birger Construction Company has been in the construction business since 1976 and has been involved in remodeling and new construction projects in Knoxville, St. Louis and Chattanooga.
The company has special skills in producing accurate historic restorations and crafting of architecturally authentic interior trim work, which has been instrumental in satisfying customers of newly constructed custom homes, renovations and commercial properties.
Owner Steve Birger and his daughter Collette Ozkaya were attracted to the redevelopment on N. Holly Street because they wanted to be part of a dynamic revitalization movement to restore Bushtown, one of Chattanooga’s most important neighborhoods.
As a result, Steve Birger Construction Company directed its talents and skills to the revitalization effort and built the homes at 619, 621, 623 and 626 N. Holly Street, all of which feature the architectural detail the company is known for.
Certifications and Memberships include: Member of Home Builders Association of Southern Tennessee since 1998 and member of National Association of Home Builders since 1978 and Energy Star Certified Builder.
