The Rowlands have more than 10 years of development experience and 8 years in the construction field. Their experience includes the commercial construction, customized warehouse-office facilities construction, green building.

The firm also has in-house engineering capabilities, is OSHA certified and has been selected to develop/construct a hospital in north Alabama

The BetterBuilt houses that Rowland Development Group, LLC developed in the Bushtown neighborhood are just two of several they will be building as part of the 3 East Tomorrow development project. Their interest in the revitalization of urban neighborhoods includes past development projects featuring single-family homes, townhouses and apartments.
