Adamson Developers, LLC is a family-owned and operated construction firm that has been in business for more than 18 years. The firm consists of Bobby Joe Adamson (Manager) , Floria M. Adamson (Owner), Jeffery L. Adamson Sr. (Superintendent) and Charles L. Adamson (Project Manager). The firm specializes in green building, masonry, urban infill (homes) and home weatherization.
The homes at 601, 603, 605 and 607 N. Holly are just four of dozens of homes Adamson Developers has built during its longstanding participation in revitalization efforts in urban neighborhoods throughout downtown Chattanooga. In addition to the N. Holly homes in the Bushtown neighborhood, the firm has built homes in the ML King, Jefferson Heights, Fort Negley and Alton Park communities.
